Well, after a very nice visit here, even with mostly rain, we really enjoyed the city and will probably visit again.
Unfortunately, the hurricane is wreaking havoc in Charleston and along the coast, so we’re heading to Charlotte, NC / Ft Mill, SC to visit some friends. Instead of continuing on to Charleston and the Outer Banks, we will begin heading north and west to escape flooding and more bad weather. A bummer, but you don’t argue with Mother Nature.
